1. Acceptance

You agree to these Terms by using EcomWize. If you disagree, do not use the site or service.

2. Service

EcomWize provides an AI-powered Shopify page builder that helps you create and publish landing pages, product pages, and sections to your Shopify store.

3. Use

You must:

• Provide accurate information

• Use the service legally

• Keep your account secure

• Not create multiple accounts to abuse free tiers

4. Account

You are responsible for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Shopify Integration

To use EcomWize, you connect your Shopify store via API. Pages you publish become native Shopify pages and remain on your store even if you cancel EcomWize.

6. Subscriptions & Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly and auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

7. Refunds

Refunds apply under the following conditions:

• The request is made within 7 days of purchase

• Renewals are non-refundable unless canceled within 72 hours of the charge

• After a refund is issued, you immediately lose access to paid features

8. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create with EcomWize, including AI-generated content based on your inputs. You are responsible for ensuring your content is legal and does not infringe on others' rights.

9. Rights & Ownership

EcomWize holds all intellectual property rights in the service, templates, sections, and platform design. Our templates are licensed for use on your store only, not for resale or redistribution.

10. AI-Generated Content

Our AI generates content based on your inputs. AI output may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all content before publishing.

11. Privacy

We handle your data as stated in our Privacy Policy.

12. Prohibited Conduct

You must not abuse the service, violate laws, infringe third-party rights, create fraudulent or deceptive content, or attempt to hack or disrupt the service.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violations without notice. Upon termination, you lose access to the editor, but pages already published to Shopify remain live.

14. Disclaimers

We provide the service "as is." No guarantees on uptime, accuracy, suitability, or results. We disclaim all implied warranties.

15. Liability Limit

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our service.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes signals your acceptance.

17. Governing Law

These terms follow Wyoming state law. Disputes go to the courts in Wyoming, United States.
